Dr Tan qualified from Imperial College School of Medicine in 2005 with an MBBS as well as a BSc in Immunology. After working in the NHS in England, he moved back to Singapore where he spent 5 years in the Government Hospitals eventually leaving for the private primary care sector in 2012. He has obtained his graduate diplomas in Occupational and Family Medicine.

He has a special interest in Occupational medicine as well as Nutrition and Performance health and has been awarded a Masters in personalised nutrition.

Dr Tan is appointed as a clinic tutor at National University of Singapore and a house tutor at Imperial College/Nanyang Technological University.

Dr Lai qualified from University of Melbourne, Australia in 2006 with an MBBS and a BSc. After working in Melbourne, she moved back to Singapore where she spent 3 years in the Government sector eventually leaving for the private primary care sector in 2010. Dr Lai obtained her Masters of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2014.

Dr Lai is on the register of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in paediatric medicine, female health, dermatology and palliative care.

Dr Lai is currently appointed as an assistant Clinic Tutor in the College of Family Physicians of Singapore.
